Health Economics: Students
This section includes the different types of health economics courses available: post-graduate taught, post-graduate research, undergraduate modules and short courses. Each course has details on:
- the target student population of the course;
- the strengths and weaknesses of the course; and
- why the course is unique.
This section includes jobs within: academia, government, NHS, NICE, consultancy and the pharmaceutical sector. Each career choice is accompanied by a description from a health economist working in that field of work explaining their roles and responsibilities within their job along with suggestions of suitable training.
