Collaborative learning for UG economics at Ulster and Coventry (UK)
This Economics Network mini-project enabled an exchange of ideas and opinions upon different approaches to the notion of collaborative learning techniques. It looked at a range of undergraduate economics modules at Ulster and Coventry. It includes a final project report and a learning pack for industrial economics.

Sources for cases and active-learning materials in economics
This page lists paper and internet sources of economics case studies. Under "internet", the author presents five of his own case studies in PDF format, each with instructor notes. Case Program of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University
Nearly 2000 public policy case studies and epilogues are hosted here, along with notes and advice on teaching with the case method. Amongst the 35 topics are: economics, corporate social responsibility, civil rights/race relations, gender, health, public finance, trade and transportation.
European Case Clearing House
The European Case Clearing House (ECCH) provides details of more than 50,000 items, including case studies, teaching notes and videos, are available through this site. Ordering the materials themselves requires payment, but there are downloadable reviews of specific materials. The focus of the collection is on management education. The site also provides a way to cross-search the ECCH with other major collections of case studies.
Case studies in sanctions and terrorism
The topic of economic sanctions is given a full treatment here with case studies relating to terrorism, each including a timeline, data and detailed bibliographies. The case studies include: US v. Green budget reform: case studies
Twenty-three case studies from Europe and North America, providing lessons on measures that have been implemented to reduce environmental impacts and increase sustainability. Abstracted from 'Making Budgets Green', the case studies can be browsed by industry or by category of instrument. They have been produced by K. G. Hansen and Stephan Barg of the International Institute for Sustainable Development.

This is a well-presented collection of case studies from high-profile corporations, intended for use in school-level business courses. Each is linked to previous case studies from the same company, as well as external links for further information. In addition to their web presentation, files can be downloaded as Word and PDF files. This site is fully updated each year.
